Upon graduating from university, Marc spent two years as a legal assistant in the litigation departments of two leading firms of City solicitors, where he gained substantial experience in trial preparation and dispute resolution before being called to the Bar.

Crime

Marc has been instructed to appear as sole junior on behalf of the defence at trial in the Crown Court, in cases involving theft, assault, criminal damage and public order offences. He also has experience of having worked on cases involving murder, attempted murder, serious violence, rape, dishonesty, money laundering, serious fraud, armed robbery, firearms, weapon and drug offences.

Civil

Marc has gained experience in a wide range of civil litigation ranging from landlord and tenant disputes to negligence and breach of contract claims. He has successfully obtained substantial damages for claimants in a number of small claim and fast track matters.
